San Francisco Giant Baseball Game

A summer day in the city.
What does everyone think of when you say summertime? A baseball game of course! This year we got tickets to the San Francisco Giants baseball game against the Washington Nationals. We had a great time visiting the city and going to the game. After the game, we walked back to our hotel near Pier 39. We followed the walkway along the bay for three miles, stopping along the way for dinner and drinks at the Pier. It was a beautiful day for a game and we had a great time exploring the city.

The next day we drove across the Golden Gate Bridge and stopped to walk back part way across the bridge. It was a cold and foggy morning but what a view from there!
On the way home, we drove up through the wine country and stopped at our favorite White Oak winery in the Alexander Valley. Although it was a lot of driving, we enjoyed our trip to the baseball game and home through the beautiful wine country.
